How do I enable both the CRT and LCD in Windows NT 4.0?

Go to Control Panel / and click on the Display icon.

Display Properties
Click on the "ATI Displays" tab at the top.

ATI Displays Settings
Click on the green corner button to enable either the monitor or panel.
